The property is comfortable modern and luxurious and the staff is knowledgeable. In love with beautiful historical rooms with spectacular decor. Would recommend this venue to all, nothing too much trouble.

Relais Della Porta is a hidden gem in Naples, blending historical charm with modern comfort. The breakfast was an absolute delight, served in a grand room with fine frescoed ceilings. The location cannot be beaten, with the excitement of Via Toledo right outside and must-visit attractions just a short walk away. The staff were really good, especially Ester.

the hotel was unique and fairly clean, it had good wi-fi, its location was marvellous close to the centro storico und fare vom the harbor. we stayed here for 2 nights and loved the place.

We had an really good time staying here. The breakfast was excellent with a beautiful dining room, made mornings special and relaxing. The bed was so comfortable it reminded me of sleeping on clouds and the staff was super friendly, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, even packing us take-away breakfast since we had an early flight.

It wasn't the cheapest, but still worth it for the experience.

Finding the entrance is a challenge due to unclear directions!!! The low water pressure in the showers is quite frustrating!!! Facilities could definitely use modern updates!!!
